We needed a taxi around 1.30pm mid week rang and went to an on hold system. We waited for three minutes and hung up, disgraceful. If Pakenham taxis thinks that's the way to service potential customers they are kidding themselves.
We were supporters of the taxi system but no longer. So we went and used Uber for the first time and it's just a great service. Great talkative driver, very clean vehicle inside and out. Thank you Pakenham taxis you done us a favour.
