I Highly Recommend Palazzo’s Automotive.

I contacted Palazzo’s after an OEM would not repair my Range Rover with a Failed engine. I was given Palazzo’s details from a friend who recommended them. I called Anthony at Palazzo’s and explained my situation; Considering I had not had any dealings with Palazzo’s previously I was pleasantly surprised with their attitude and their willingness to assist. Anthony looked over my car and advised me the best course of action. Horribly rude lady on the phone. I range attempting to schedule a safety inspection and was told that they did not have a slot available until at least later next week. The lady basically hung up on me before I finished saying "thank you, I will have to try to ......". Great to way to put potential customers off. Stay away.

I've been taking my Toyota Kluger (and before that, my Mitsubishi 380 and before that my Magna) to Palazzo for 12 years. I've never had anything but excellent service from them at very reasonable prices. One day I dropped my car in because one indicator wasn't working. I called them half an hour later and it was ready. The charge? No charge: it was something minor (eg. loose connection) so they fixed it for free. That has been par for the course on many occasions. I've seen many mechanics over the years and I have no particular reason to sing the praises of this one. However I do so because they deserve it for being fair, honest, accommodating, helpful and courteous.

We was put in touch with this Garage as its supposed to be a warranty fix for our car but when i called them.They Sounded like their cat just got run over and they couldn't be bothered being there, making things worse they booked in our car for its fix to only turn up and not even have it booked in.... The car was then passed on to another garage where this is supposed to have it fixed and being nearly a week now this still hasn't been resolved and i keep having to chase up and find out what is happening next. On the plus side of this place, there is a mechanic i think this person was most helpful and would be an asset to any other garage as this person was polite and willing to help out. Hope this is a lesson to the Garage and learn from this as i don't mind next time travelling further to have my car looked at.

Very unhappy.

My car was at the garage for 4 days and all that was done was a basic service, replaced airflow meter and brake pads. To top it off I was charged >$900!
