Our family moved from Double Bay to Vaucluse and we selected Palmers purely on word of mouth from friends who have also used Palmers in the past. I was surveyed by Greg, the original owner of the company and he was very helpful with outlining what we were required to do and what services they would provide on the day of the move.
The moving process was smooth as we selected for the full pack option and also a valet unpack at the delivery end in Vaucluse. Thank you Palmers for providing us with a great service from start to finish. Will recommend to friends, co workers and family...
We recently moved from Five Dock to Balmain. Only a smaller move but allot of packing of crystals and art-works. The guys who came here were brilliant. Didn't rush, took their time with the fragiles and the move went really well for a fixed price. Happy to recommend to anyone
We have used Palmers to move houses and we agreed to pay the premium price they quoted us based on their promise to provide a premium service but it turned to be a nightmare, In the packing day..their worker had broken a glass table and then told us that company will look after this which never happened, in the moving day, they sent us a small truck didn't take more than %25 of our house goods which led to make 3 trips before another small truck came in the afternoon to assist and made another 2 trips, lucky we are not moving far.
They removing people seems with knowledge at all, just lift up and down, They came without tools and had to ask me for mine to use for dismantle the furniture, through everything in the truck, dealing with very expensive stuff with no care, when I complained to them, one of them swear at me so I called the ...read more
Great Removal Experience. Larger side house from Vaucluse to Bondi Beach apartment. Took two full days with 5 or 6 guys on both days. Nothing damaged, the guys arrived each day on time and worked really hard to ensure we were all set-up. Too many bad experiences to count but recommended to Palmers. Not the cheapest but certainly worthwhile.
Just moved to Perth and used Palmers. The storage option helped us whilst we were finding a place and they even let me come in and grab something I accidentally packed away (my passport and I was going on holiday) which was a life saver. When I wanted my goods it arrived within 4 days and the team at both ends were very friendly. Best packing and loading I have seen during any of my moves. Big thanks to Kieran and the team
