DO NOT EVER USE PANEL TECH. They stuffed me around for 7 months before I received my panels for the second time, as the first set that was given to me after 5 months of waiting. Which fell apart as I was trying to install them. So if you have had them installed by Panel Tech I suggest that you have someone competent (NOT PANEL TECH) come out and inspect your panel to ensure they are glued correctly and are not about to fall apart and possible cause your roofing to collapse on you.
Wish i had of read the reviews on here first before choosing to order through PanelTech. Excuses all the way as to why we havent got our products. Then they blame it on the transport company not sending them an invoice so they wont release the goods. Then the transport company charged them too much so they need to sort it out. I had a quote and paid an invoice for products with delivery. But i had to end up paying the transport company again to release my stuff because Paneltech wouldn't make the payment and just fed me excuses. Worst service i have ever gotten in 12 years being in business. Shame so many others have had to go through similar experiences.
Do not EVER use Panel Tech. I ordered roof panels from them 8 weeks ago. I paid in full for the product and still have not received to roof panels. I was told it would take 12 working days from the date they received payment for the panels to be delivered. Everyday for the past 6 weeks they told me the panels are on the next truck for delivery the follow day ,... still no panels. I have now had to seek legal action to try and get a refund. PLEASE DO NOT use this company as you will never see your product and they will take your payment....
How did this end up? We are currently having the exact same problem with them..

I ordered a roof from them 6 weeks ago, they told me it would be delivered in 2 weeks. They have proceeded to make excuses to me about the delivery. My roof is now on a truck as I organised it to be delivered myself. My roof is now being held ransom as they have not paid the transport company and the $12,000 I have paid directly to them is still with them and I have received nothing! I will be having to take legal action.
