Paradise Dog Grooming

Second time to the groomers with my 2.2kg Chihuahua. To say I'm unimpressed would be an understatement. Less than 24 hours after dropping her to the groomers she's in the emergency vet because they have shaved her private areas and inflamed them so badly she cannot sit, she's panting (which I've never seen her do unless we've been on a long walk), scooting constantly to relieve the pain.
There is no email so i cannot contact them until business hours Monday?.
Wouldnt recommend!!!!

Took mine two poodle cross there. one came out beautiful, the other is just a disaster, looked like they overbooked themselves and rushed it. When I called for appointments, the girl on the phone said they were fully booked, she then told me to hold and came back saying she can squeeze mine two in. first one was cute beautifully, however my other dog came out with a huge bold irregular patch on the buttock, small cut injury on the tummy, and cut was messy and irregular throughout, especially the legs, looked like a rushed job. really disappointed. thinking back, I should have complain on the spot and get my money back. The stylist came out and had a chat to me trying to build a rapport with me... making me unable to complain on the spot :(

Really happy each times go & $25 for wash dry & nails cut :)

Not Happy! $95 later, uneven cut, ears not done. Very Rushed.
