Paradise Kitchens

Sadly after two full kitchen installs and broken promises to fix all the damages, this has not occurred. Always lovely to deal with. Recommended to friends who have been happy with a few minor issues. My dream is a fail. Works and is functional with attention to detail lacking in quality and finish.

I found this company in a google search when looking to do 3 x stone tops for some bathroom vanities. Their website was good & made it easy to submit sizes for a quote but that’s where all the good points stop!
I had to follow up 4 days after submitting my quote online after not having a response from them. I finally got the quote 2 days later. I accepted & paid the full amount as it was only $1300 & I thought it would be a simple job. I was quoted 7- 10 working days to have my order.

We ordered one custom kitchen to replace a 15 year old, very tired kitchen. Two failed kitchens installations later from Paradise it is still a nightmare. The first was a total failure but only from bad installation which left a ridiculous massive amount of holes from errors and badly aligned cover panels, though the design was great and totally functional. Paradise agreed to replace it. I am a disabled person and easy access is extremely important for me to be able to function without causing pain. The first kitchen installed was a custom design, which enabled me to use the kitchen with minimal pain and provided ease of access to everyday utensils etc., concentrating major storage within easy reach whilst standing. The replacement kitchen paradise suggested some changes but assured me that the rest of the the design would be exactly the same. These guys were a pleasure to deal with. They really know kitchens and can offer good advice and help with ideas. The crew showed up o the agreed day and were finished mid afternoon. The
install crew were polite and professional. There were a couple of monor issues, but these were resolved quickly and cheerfully. Ive recommended them to family and friends.

Be careful!!
These guys will say anything, including misleading you, to get your money and then rudely stonewall you if there is a problem.
I bought a rubbish bin from them as a custom order ($119). Before buying I asked them about installation of the product from an "expert" in the shop as the girl I was talking to could not answer my question properly. After asking specifically whether this needs 'only fixing on to the door' as I could not see any railing the expert said it needs only to be fixed to the door and the base.
