I would sincerely recommend you do not rent a property from this real estate agency, Paramount Private Property Management.
If you do, please ensure every minor detail is documented on your Entry Report...EVERY minor detail ! INSIDE and OUT....
Also, take photos of every nook and cranny of the residence inside and out, as they do an Exit Report and take enlarged photos of minor wear and tear and expect you to pay for it.
Example, we never had a recycle bin and we were questioned of its where-a- bouts - we never had one.
