What a disappointment, they think an interior make over makes the service better. Nope, 45 minutes to order a meal and 1 bar girl serving two and three deep. This is on a saturday night. Rubbish. Ordered the t- bone special to be told they had run out , no apology! People in cues and at tables complaining! Find somewhere else to eat unless you are expecting a late night!
My partner is highly allergic to Pawns. He asked the staff at the counter to have his calamari cooked sererate to where the pawns are they said yes sure I'll put it on the receipt , then my partner got his meal started eating and started having an allergic reaction as they were cooked with the pawns. Then I went up to complain and the staff said we never told them he was allergic basically laughed it off. Management got involved then saying well I offered to call ambulance what else do you want? Horrible customer service and will NEVER EVER go back!!! Glad my partner is ok!!
I have to say that i haven't been to Parkridge Tavern for a while (about 6months) but will definitely be coming back now. Came in for a Friday night with a group of friends for something different and it was great atmosphere and even better food... The pizzas were fantastic... and service was really good all the staff knew what they were doing and seemed happy to be working there...
