Zero star rating (nb: I had to put 1 star to submit this review). I paid for a twin barrel slushy machine on the 24/01/2016 for Xmas. I wasn't home when the machine was delivered & made sure my niece was home due to Xmas errands. Although, I had paid for the machine, he tells my niece that she has to pay $54.15 extra, because his records show as unpaid, otherwise no slushy machine. She pays. I ring up immediately when I get home to prove from my receipted payments that I had paid in full & they need to reimburse the $54.15. The delivery man said he would tell his boss.
FAULTY EQUIPMENT - We waited the recommended 2-3 hours for the mixture to turn into slush. No alcohol was added yet. We left it overnight, still no slush or ice just liquid. Very disappointed! Products worked ok for our party (although one side of the slushee machine broke the next day when cycling through to clean) but customer service really needs work. No one answering the phone during business hours - seriously?
Slushee machine arrived two hours late (with not enough time to freeze for party).
Had to call two days after the party to arrange pick up (even though we waited around the day after the party because that's when the web said it would be picked up) - couldn't give a time or date but said they would call back to arrange. Didn't call until they were at the gate and we weren't home! Then gave a four hour window at the end of the week to grab it - still didn't rock up on time! Very disappointing experience considering we have used them several times before.
Their products are great but they need to really step up their customer service game.
Very sad to see a good company suffer due to terrible customer service.
There are other companies other there with similar products and much better service.
We booked these guys for a Christmas function in 2015, and they DIDNT SHOW UP! I received a confirmation email, and paid all in advance. On the day i called their business line and mobile number and have called over 30 times, left messages, emailed etc. and no response still in January. To date I haven't received a credit or a return call! absolutely terrible service. Do not use.
