Bought a tray of Tbones. Abolute rubbish, old breeder cows, how dare you sell this to me. You do not even deserve 1 star.

My family have used Big Gun since 1982. Back then the staff were super friendly and funny, the customers loved going there, plus also the meat was fresh, always fresh. The last few times i went to Big Gun i was extremely disappointed, i always buy bulk up to $200 worth and each time i realized i was buying rubbish. So today i am not buying my bulk meat at Big Gun, i am spending my money on good quality meat, that is fresh. Pity the new staff when they changed hands were not as friendly and the quality of meat didn`t matter anymore, just after the $$$.. Shame cause they are the closest to me but i will not feed my family their meat anymore, ever.

Big guns specials are not always true put up specials in store and on website that are for the following day check before you drive out there as they will not honour specials

I was very disappointed with a recent purchase of mince advertised as " premium lean mince". We skimmed about 200ml of fat off the first batch of about 500gm that we cooked. I emailed them with a complaint about it and was simply ignored.

Great value and great meat - it can be seen as 'bargain basement' in that there is a huge variety but there is also choice in price ranges - y bones through to eye fillet.



Staff are very friendly and very knowledgable and a lot of the meat is sourced locally - much better choice than coles or woolies.
