Can’t believe what just happened. I got my nails done for 1 day and they started peeling off. I thought to myself that it’s just one nail, I don’t want to go back in to complain. There were gaps on my nails that weren’t filled in too and I didn’t complain about that. As more days went by, more started coming off to the point that I really needed to go talk to them. I went back to the store and the first thing the boss did was use her nail to peel off TWO MORE of my nails.
After that, she asked, “Do you want to do your nails again?” She then asked for $15 more to get them done. WOW! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! She just peeled off 2 whole nails and then asked me if I want to do it again for more money.
