I called to book in for a simple wheel alignment 3 days in advance only to be told that Thursday was already busy with jobs. After explaining that I needed to drive the car on the Friday and asking if there was any availability at all they asked me to bring the car in at 8am "ready to go" when they open and it "will be the first car in the shop". I duly got the car out of the garage and rushed down to arrive at 8:04. There were no cars in the carpark and the only car in the workshop was the company Hyundai. There was no one in the office, and when a lady walked in she asked if I had a booking. I replied yes and she duly retrieved my booking from the computer. I was then told that I would have to wait as "the boys are still getting ready". I walked outside and waited with the car, parked directly across from the empty wheel alignment bay ready to go. Pedders,Gateshead, Michael & Malcolm have worked on 6 vehicles (4 commercial & 2 private) over the last 8 years.
The first vehicle they worked on was all suspension work the car, was totally different, I could not believe the difference, like new when I drove out.
Wheel alignments are the absolute best.

Over the years of service & advice to me they have gained my trust to the extent that if I ask them to fix any problem I do not ask for the price because I trust them.
