Just Awful! Very smelly at low tide (daily) & lots of stinking seaweed. Its a big money grab & you will regret it. So if your looking to waste a lot of money for very little in return go ahead and buy here.
You obviously do not know what you are talking about. As a resident of Pelican Shores it is a beautiful village and a brilliant location. If you are going to make comment get your facts right.
The smell is horrid & I know after years of staying here... Its funny how you only get a tour of the place when the tide is high, before buying... its funny how you are told that you have access to & can use a boat ramp before you by, only to find out that the estate does not have control of the boat ramp & it will cost you extra every year to use it... I know from experience over many many years, many.
