WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH. STAY AWAY Got given a caravan. They told me they never had time to clean outside so it was filthy. Inside was dirty and gave back cleaner than we got and still got charged $55. So many hidden fees. They charged me for damage I believe was done befor as vans are in terrible state. You can't ring them as they don't answer there phones. We had gas leaks, couldn't extend legs to stabilise, broken doors, lumps in kids mattress protector, brakes on trailer disfinctional but when mentioned on delivery arrogantly told its not an issue. Original charge $240 final unexpected bill was $620 for a banged up van for a weekend. was told after I should have mentioned in first 24 hours which is hard when your off grid and they don't answer calls. Please read all reviews befor hiring.

Shocking customer service. Hide behind screens and don’t pick up the phone to talk about the issues. Take money and don’t refund it. Make up stories about the process. Avoid answering questions.

I did read the shocking reviews before I booked with them and I should have listened to them. But I gave them the benefit of doubt. I thought I’d give them a go. What a huge mistake. Please stay clear. Do not use them. Shocking shocking shocking.

Wow this company is the worst I have ever dealt with, customer service is shocking, still waiting for a refund.
