I love these people. They are nice enough to let you pick up your parcels and registered post before opening hours by simply knocking on the door and handing them the slip that the postman leaves when you're not at home. It's a huge help for those who live in flats and work. I don't know what time they start work, but I leave home at 7.30am and they're already there. Thank you.
