At drop off no clarification about prices.
Timeframes not adhered to when given.
When collecting showed appreciation, got sworn at in a CALD phrases. Got told to get out of shop.
Was not empathic when dealing with customer service issues.
When waiting in queue, was rude to acknowledge queue, lack of queuing system.
Likes to blame customer for issues and victim blaming.
Unfortunate encounter.
Came to have an ipad screen reviewed. The counter service attendant, wouldn't let me complete a sentence. I asked him to please stop talking over me as he didn't know what I was trying to say. I started to explain myself and again he started talking over me. Won't be going back there.
Two weeks (three maximum!) turned into 1o. Never once contacted me, and my computer wasn't fixed after all that. Terrible, incompetant customer service, totally billigerant on the phone; lost track of my laptop cover and charger; had to go in twice and demand they look... sure enough they had it. My girlfriend also, spearately, brough in her laptop that had a noisy vibrating fan. They asked her if she had dropped a bobby pin into it!!!!
Just don't go here.
