Pepperberry Cafe

we go to pepperberry often during lunch hour.It is quite busy and occassionally we have had to wait,but the staff have always been pleasant and helpful.There has never been too much of a delay so far.



I have taken some friends there and they have also been happy with the place.

asked for a local phone book while waiting to ring another local business. Waitress asked what business I was looking for and then degraded the business and the owners when she was not even one of there customers. I found this very amusing considering I am a family member of the business I was contacting. my opinion they should worry about there own business and not other peoples.

Customer service was poor. We had to wait half an hour to be served then a further 20 minutes for the food. Apart from that the food was excellent and the price of the food was good.
