No a nice experience in this place.
The building was nice and fancy but their service was terrible.
Staff is up themselves and they like to say the word NO a LOT!!
Very expensive for what you really get. Don't get fooled by their Spa room because it does not give you access to the Spa. Only means you get a jacuzzi type bath in your room. Buffet breakfast but not too many options. Our room was very dusty and had spider webs on the ceiling.
So when you pay nearly 400 for one room per night you will be very disappointed with what you get.
Don't bother with the place basically

Peppers Hepburn springs is located on a great site with a beautifully restored main building. It conveys the sense of luxury that is expected of peppers. It has a warm and welcoming lounge, comfortable bar area area and a unique reception. We stayed in a spa room and while the main area conveys
Luxury the rooms leave a little to be Desired. They are still quite nice but they sit inside essentially tin shacks. They re well furnished, modern and with good aircon, a comfortable bed and a damn good spa. Not sure if they are worth what you pay though. This spa room certainly has no view, even with the outdoor balcony. It is however, comfortable and probably one of the best choices around. Great gardens and nice efficient staff.
