Perfect Petals

I had to call while at work to point out the wrong order had been sent to the recipient. I was told it was a mistake and would be rectified. I am very upset and frankly appalled that my poor mother had to give back the flowers she already received and had put into a vase in her home. It is embarrassing that she had to be dragged into the issue. The fact that the wrong item was delivered is your mistake alone and I expected her to be given the (over $200 might I add) hamper I ordered with your sincere apologies for the mistake and to leave the flowers as compensation. I am embarrassed and the whole sentiment has been ruined. It was for Mother’s Day: as I am a full time Veterinarian and was unable to visit her as I am working overtime all weekend. The flowers that were delivered were embarrassing...so small 5 of the tiniest Iris's I have ever seen, for what I paid I was very dissapointed. It was disgraceful and was suppose to be a nice gesture in an upsetting time. I would not buy again.

Bought peonies here late in their season (there's a very short blooming season and they can be hard to find). Purchased a bunch of buds here as that was all they had remaining and was advised that they would open within a couple of days. Turned out they were far to tightly closed and never opened the heads just dropped and died. Very disappointing... I won't go back!

Helping out my daughter in law to be, checking out florists for their wedding flowers/packages. So many local florists brushed me off & said to bring bride back (who was very busy working & young baby). However, Lauren at Perfect Petals listened to what I wanted (the bride's wishes), offered really good suggestions, kept in constant touch with bride and I via email and mobile phone with photos so we would all be happy with the end result. Also worked to our budget and the end result was JUST PERFECT. We collected them this week, wedding is next week and that is one thing we can all tick off our list.
