Called up Friday 26th August 2011 at around 10.45am and spoke to staff who was helpful, but off to lunch at 11am, so recommended I see other staff when I came in. Staff told me that the passport photos could be done in an hour as they had to be photo-shopped for my requirements, but another staff then told me to come back on Tuesday 30th September as the person who did the detailing was not available till the week after. Now that's a serious mix-up between one attendant and the next and they did not even have to decency to apologise for the miscommunication. If this is what Perth has to offer in terms of customer service, the retail industry is definitely going down in flames. I guess the youth in Perth do not understand that everyone's a customer and treat everyone fairly and well. Aren't these Australian values?? Maybe they should leave Australia and the country will be better off with one less person that reflects badly on it.
