Horrible horrible horrible! Asked for roses in a vase to be delivered for Valentines with specific instructions of where to place the flowers. Ended on the front door, all flowers wilted with no vase. Called and complained and was told it was a mistake and could offer a refund for the missed vase or have it sent the following week. I specifically ordered flowers with a vase so the flowers would live. By next week theyll be dead! How about you pay me for half dead flowers ! Ruined valentines day and my anniversary!

I sent some flowers using Perthflorist and my friends just raved about them so much especially as they lasted a long time I wont hesitate to use the again.
