Well it is a barn, I'll give it that. But no one who works there seems particularly interested in offering any kind of service. I only go there when I can't get a product anywhere else, opting for smaller, more friendly pet shops that offer some kind of service and have a genuine interest in animals.
Ok, I don't really like animals much but my partner, the pet lover, dragged me in here a couple of weeks after it opened. To me is like the Office Works of pets, with just about every brand you can imagine at great prices. Pet food was about 30% cheaper than the supermarket and about 50% cheaper than our local pet store. The staff were very friendly, the place is super organised and they have some pets on display for the kids. Don't go expecting rows and rows of puppies in glass boxes, they don't seem to do that, but do go if you want pet food and accessories at great prices with a really good range.
