Their staff are generally only interested in helping you if you want to buy their products that day. I visited their store to look into getting motorcycle gear and left disappointed and annoyed as their staff were quite pushy and when they found out I had no plans to purchase my gear that day, generally seemed quite disinterested in helping me. I have since shopped around and found the same products significantly cheaper from other retailers around Australia. They may be big and have a huge range which is good when you don't know what you want, but I recommend going elsewhere when you actually wish to purchase gear as they are overpriced and under staffed.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. Not interested in returning calls so I went in. Gave up waiting after 30 mins. When someone returned my call 3 days later, 1st staff told me to ring back to buy the bike once I'd decided which accessories to buy. Literally laughed at me when I said their customer service was below par. Another staff rang an hour late but their on road price was $1500 more than another dealer in the western suburbs. Arrogant and complacent.

not really good at dealing with the customers. but they have lots of stuffs to choose from, though it's very expensive but can be negotiable as long as you know how to convince them,.

They were organised, well set-up, and got the job done quick. That meant it was less expensive, I was surprised. They've really improved a lot and are probably best in town now.

Must be the worst customer service I've ever received. Quick to take money. Then they'll never respond to you (on top of being rude). Will for sure not do business with these guys again.
