Same experience as Client777. This guy is a probably a con.
At first I was impressed. He seemed to know his stuff. He came saying that the oven was great and we should fix it rather than replace it. After working incredibly slow, he charged nearly $400 for labour and over chared parts by about 30-40%. STAY AWAY! After everything, didn't forgot to fix some elements. Very dissapointed because he talked himself up a lot!
The fact that this guy returns calls and makes appointments on time is just the start. Reliable, reasonably priced and concerned for the customer. He was able to reduce the cost of our job by replacing one part of our heater when we were told by another tradesman the whole unit needed to be replaced. He was polite and did a great job.
Used to be reliable and turn up when promised, will repair instead of replace.
