Well great for dog and cats but... THE STAFF ARE SO UNEDUCATED ABOUT BIRDS! they recomend cages that are TO SMALL and their cages come with ither dowel perches or plastic perches witch cause Athritis, presure sores, and Bumblefoot. They dalso recommend seed diets that are too high in fat and they do have a few bags of pellets ON THE BOTTOM SHELF WHERE NO ONE CAN SEE THEM so Not enough pellets and recommend too small cages and as an avian rights avvocate im very dissapointet but apart from the birds, great store!

Very rude and arrogant staff.
Everytime we have been there we found that they are clueless about products but it doesn't stop them from being arrogant and pretending to be elitist!.
I think they know that ppl have to go there if they want a physical pet shop as there aren't many other alternatives in the la tribe valley.

Came here for my first fish, my mum came here for my first fish's replacement.
I've gotten supplies for my two dogs, one cat, loooots of fish and a snake here.

Prices are alright, service is usually iffy.
