AWESOME customer service ..
Everytime I walk into the shop I am greeted with a smile, and if my purchases are heavy to lift, the girls are always happy to carry my shopping to my car.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for my seafood in Launceston. 5 stars!
I have to say that the actual seafood is delicious and fresh but the business is plagued by some of the worst customer service I've seen. The attendants have been less than jovial and seem uninterested. Is it too hard to muster a smile?
I don't know if we are talking about the same store .. I believe they only have the one in Launceston. The girls that work at Petuna are lovely! Awesome customer service, and always with a smile. I am a regular at the shop and wouldn't go anywhere else! :)
