Ordered 03/12 but not dispatched for 4 days. Now won't be delivered for another 7 by which time we will be away. Will not refund my money until returned. Are the items going to sit outside my home for 4/52 while we are away? Customer service people less than helpful. Wish I had done a review search prior to using.
I have just had a very bad experience with these people I went in to collect an item that they had been unable to supply due to a lack of stock 10+ days ago and when I asked at the time for some form of record to enable me to collect the last item I was told "you don't need anything just come back we know you it's not a problem". Well I went to collect today and was treated like a thief and/or someone who was attempting to obtain a scrip fraudulently. I was told there was only 1 item on the script and I have received it!!! I pointed out they were wrong, 1/2 hr later they locate the script, I am proven correct and guess what, they have no stock to supply and am now to go back tomorrow. Once again with nothing supplied to enable me to prove that they owe me the goods. So will I be subjected to the same then? Supply shortlife baby formula and Refusal to refund or exchange! staff not helpful never told you product is expiring and non returnable! Telephone customer service is rude. Even convince to use more formula and wean off breast feeding! I'll never spend a cent at pharmacy direct! Cheap price products there are cheap for a reason.
Short life vitamins supplied ie less than 90 days to expiry. Refusal to supply replacement product, refusal to refund order obtained by undeclared advertising of shortlife goods. Absolutely nothing good to say about Terry White's Pharmacy direct who should be avoided at all costs, unless you want out of date vitamins and supplies - disgraceful.
That's exactly what happened to me! I wish I could read this before buying anything from them. I'll never spend a cent at pharmacy direct.
