Worst complimentary 1st service at Lidcombe. Found few light scratches, used dirty cloth, blamed me that i used the car wash machine and no proper quality check - both car machine and cargo doors were left opened. Feel unsafe for driving.

Being a brand new car from your show room less than a month. I was told to drive home with my family and two young kids after the service on that day as there was no tech available to recheck the car safety. When i bought the car, they told me i was able to choose car color at first. Then, next day I've been told no option to change mind for a different color. I did not aware of hidden charge of $20 for your car sales contract preparation at the first. I don't want be more stressful. But, thanks for doing the polishing as your quick resolution.
Had my security nd service for the brand new RAV4 which I bought from them and this was terrible. The oil was overfilled and got dark in Colorado very quickly( a few days) which I suspect was because they haven the changed the filter. The car was not vacuumed despite of the fact that it was indicated in the final invoice as the completed task. Submitted my complaint with the Toyota and asked to pass it to phill gilbert dealer but haven't heard from the dealer at all. Would t I back as found better toyota filler to service my car
Bad customer Service. I had to wait almost 3 hours before I could get a blue slip. The person who sold the car to me was not there so I had to wait before someone could even bother to come and ask me if they can help.
Manager just sit there doing nothing. There staff really needs training in communication and team work. Manager should be part of the team and should assist if he sees the customer is sitting waiting and no one available to attend rather going out every 10 minutes for smoke.
Just try to call to 3 times asking the receptionist regarding the car service and she keep transferring my call to voice mail.
I had dealing with other Toyota dealers as well but Phil Gilbert Toyota Lidcobme is the worst one, specially the used car department.
I would not recommend anyone to go there.

The worst Service ever, start from the manager to the sales person to the finance manager, all of them acting childish.
you cant take a word from them, they always changing what they promise with a ridiculous excuses.
Their finance department try to rip you off as much as they can, if you are 1rst time car buyer from a dealer , you will be an easy catch.
wherever you call for a follow up documents or question , the person you are dealing with not in for another 2 days, and there is one to have his place or help you with your enquiry ...read more
