At first when I walked in I was unsure about the store, but have been there a couple of times now and have been extremely happy with the service and the quality of the livestock I have purchased. I have even phoned the store and asked for advice and they were more than happy to help. The management are genuine Aquarists and are very knowledgeable, they care more about the fish they sell than making a quick sale to a nave buyer.

Sorry to hear you had a bad day at our shop..Unfortunately it is hard to have every species of fish but usually if asked we are able to order fish that we don't have in stock , if they are available through our wholesalers..All our fish are for sale unless they are on hold for persons who have paid for them earlier , or they are our breeding stock , or they are in quarantine because they have just arrived..We won't sell fish that we are not 100 % sure of their health..
