Photo Shop Studio

Went in today to grab a battery grip for my 5d mk3 and the staff were very helpful, also grabbed some silica gel and some spare lens caps. Crazy good prices, even let me park my car with my trailer out the back. Very happy with the grip so far.

I purchased a Godox QS-600 studio flash kit after my initial enquiry was met with a response that the seller had only one new QS-600 in stock. I was asked to hold on to the phone call while he checked – and was subsequently told that they had found a second flash head and the order could proceed. On receiving the equipment, it became apparent that I had been supplied one new flash head and one used unit. I sent photos of clear proof to the business. The flash tube dimensions were vastly different and missing factory protective sleeving surrounding the terminal posts. The used flash head had crumpled foam packaging around the modelling lamp. The modelling lamp has a yellowish light compared to the white light from the new flash head. Both modelling lamps have the same part number. Great prices, good selection of gear, went in wanting one thing, came out getting 5. Best gear for the price I have seen in the Sydney area.

I recently bought a 2.75x6 meter white vinyl backdrop from Photo Shop Studio ($150) They have the most reasonable prices I've found in Australia. They sell either on eBay, from their website or Sydney store. Once I'd purchased the backdrop I was after and paid via PayPal, I was so surprised when it actually arrived the very next day- interstate too! Impressive! The only glitch was I'd been quoted $40 delivery plus $5 insurance, but then invoiced $60 for postage. I must say though, that I was still happy to pay it as the overall price was so much cheaper than elsewhere. I also had a helpful staff member answer my questions when I rang the store for more info on the backdrop.

The WORST customer service in Sydney! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I have never been treated so rudely in my life from the moment i walked through the door.

The staff at the desk grunted at me, wanted to argue with me when i asked a question, vaguely pointed to me to the back of the store when i asked for something, all in the rudest most nasty tone i have ever experienced.

I can not explain how horrible my experience was in this store and i would hate for anyone else to go through what i went through, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

If i could have selected 0 stars on this review i would have.
