Obviously, they don't like bulkbilling Medicare referral as much as private health cover, as the receptionist mentioned. I made an appointment for a bulkbilling Medicare treatment; it later turned out that my appointment was '30 minutes outside of bulkbilling hours' according to general Physio Excellence website. I appealed and they didn't charge me extra for that treatmen in the end. There was no information notice on bulkbilling hours displayed in the office. Make sure you confirm with them the time and charge, when you make an appointment for a bulkbilling Medicare treatment and before starting the treatment.

1. You initially advised us that you were aware of our Medicare policy.
2. We categorically declare that you were NOT advised by anyone that we dislike or prefer any specific billing method.
3. All terms & conditions in this regards clearly appears on our website, our office and you were also advised in advance.
To ensure customer satisfaction, even though you admitted to be aware of a gap payment at peak times only, we happily did not charge you the gap initially, but fully aware on the follow up appointment you became physically and verbally abusive even though unprovoked, causing malicious damage to property, which you are well aware as unacceptable. This review is yet another indication of your malicious intent to cause unprovoked baseless harm.
