Generally I don't do these things and would take alot for me to complain but in this case I feel future clients should be aware as a car can either be the most expensive/second most expensive thing that someone could own.
I had my Mitsubishi 380 GT rear bumper bar done 1-2years ago and since then I have been having paint bubble and flake off around the rear park sensors and other parts of the bumper that shouldn't flake. This is rather annoying as I take pride in the car and cringe everytime I see it as the bumper bar they used was black and the paint is a metallic silver.
The owner is a decent bloke that I got along well with but feel they would rather win a quote and do the half job then take care of a customer. If you are wanting to keep your car short term I would suggest them, otherwise I would suggest looking around before.
