Worst florist! Dropped by in person for a quote and chose flowers to pick up at a certain time. Showed a photo to ensure they understand what I was after. I get there at the agreed time make payment, then I’m told they haven’t put it together yet, right! It wasn’t busy, there was only one shop assistant but the way she was going on about it clearly showed she doesn’t know a thing about being a florist. I waited full 20 mins and left with a ‘bouquet’ that looked like a 5 year old had put together. I didn’t have time to argue for refund, it was for a colleagues farewell get together that had already started!!! This shop is meters away from my office but will never go back there again!! You shouldn’t either. They are lucky that they’ve got a good spot with exposure at Melb Central but if you want a decent florist, stay away!
Beautiful flowers and bouquet at this florist, they seem to offer for all occasions from wedding, events, birthdays, small pot plants etc. I was walking pass one evening trying to work out which bunch of flowers to purchase for a special occasions. Theyre located at Melbourne Central just opposite the state library. Unfortunately didnt end up picking up any flowers was in such a hurry that evening, as so hard to choose from each bunch are so beautifully made. Will definitely come back again when I have some more time to browse over as I walk pass this place all the time and cant help but stop to admire their flowers.
