I have a long history dealing with this company and have watched it increasingly act in dubious and deceptive ways. That's not the worst of it, more recently, particularly since Covid, I've watched basically the entire corporation become literally evil. Nasty and untrustworthy. Just be careful.

Over the last 6 years I have purchused 4 cars all through Pickles not only where they under new car warranty but low milage and in excellent condition, Only last year my daughter purchased a her FIRST CAR a 2017 Holden Commodore and has been in love with it since. Sorry to read the bad reports but I never had an issue. Customer service was immaculate and I even purchased one on line not seen and drove it 6 hours out of Sydney without an Issue( Except the speeding ticket) Canberra and Belmore Dealers.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I know they are arrogant, but don't know they are that arrogant.

I looked a car they sell today. They refuse any test drive, which I feel uncomfortable but still understandable. So, I asked to have a copy of their policy and I can read it carefully at home. Surprisingly, they refused me very rudely. Then, they said they have policies on their website to protect me, which even they cannot find that on their website. The manager came in and say other customers do not have any problem as I do, which I highly doubt that. It only looks they want to sell lemon cars and refuse any responsibility.

I never see any business who do not care about their customer this badly.

Either the manager or the business should be sacked!

Very disappointing. I contacted these guys about an ex company vehicle I had that I knew was going to be arriving on site. This was a week early. Spoke to sales staff there when it arrived and was told I'd be called back with a final buy it now price. No one ever did and when I chased them a few days later, they had already sold the vehicle.

I was a genuine buyer and got mucked around. Very annoyed and WILL NOT be dealing with these people again.

Avoid Pickles.. purchased an online auction vehicle sold with Registration, as such provided with roadworthy .. Car had immediate and obvious ( loud) mechanical fault ( Major ) Car could not even make it home .. Should have been in Damaged Auction not represented as roadworthy, very poor business ethics,
