I sent an email requesting whether they do wart removal two days ago on the 28th September but no one replied me l thought to myself what a bad service either these people can't read English or they can't type English. I will never recommend anyone to go to this clinic. l am sure they are not that busy, they just have bad customer service. WHEN IT COME TO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL THESE PEOPLE HAS A LOT TO LEARN.
Waiting period is a nightmare, makes you wonder why you need to book an appointment in advance if the wait time ranges from 1 to 2 hours. Receptionist on the phone bookings are not so bad but in person comes off abit standoffish, would ease the long waiting hours if every now and then they apologised for the long delay as a good customer services rep would do even if the waiting time is out of their control....Doctors, Nurses and other medical persons behind the scenes are fantastic though.
The only reason we go here is good Doctors but the reception staff are the rudest we have ever come across. They have no idea about servicing the customers, I think they are not getting paid enough or someone has forced them to sit there. Waiting periods are horrible. I had the first appointment in the morning and after getting there I was told that there are 4 patients before me. How could this be??? I booked the first appointment. Had to wait for 1 hour to see the doctor. But all this could still be bearable if the reception staff was friendly.
Pinnacle used to be private, no bulk billing. You don\'t have to book or wait long for an appointment and the reception staff to doctors were a delight, they made people important. Not anymore. It\'s a nightmare making an appointment, and waiting period is abysmal.the reception staffs decide if you\'ve emergency situation and they are not even medically trained. The staffs, from their own words, said that most of the people who attend the clinic just want a medical certificate, which is their job anyway. The reception staffs talk down on people on few occasions that I\'ve seen. They need a good customer service training. Doctors though remain professional and respectful and very knowledgeable, the ONLY saving grace of this medical Ctr.
