The lead plumber knew his stuff, however, was intimidating as well as thoroughly knowledgeable about what he was doing. His aim though, was to make money. The other one was more honest and said the situation wasn't that bad. The moral of the story was the problem I had was still there when they left 3 days later - hadn't thought of checking upstream nor all connecting pipes. That was $4,500 later and I'd heard them giggling out of ear shot.

Really poor service and attitude. We were completely ripped-off. They tried to install a used hot water system that had leaks. Then they had to replace it but only after a conflict. The manager was rude and never owned up or apologised for what he tried to do.
Hello, sorry to hear you had a bad experience, unfortunately we are a little unsure as to which job this refers too as we only use new heaters and would only offer a used heater to keep you running in the situation there was a delay in ordering so that the customer can have hot water services until we can install your new heater. Pipe perfection Marrickville quoted $456 only to replace a seal on a toilet cistern. Any other plumbing service will usually charge at most $250 for this.
Do not trust the 5 star reviews on this page and please be warned and warn your friends Pipe Perfection is a rip off.

Hello, sorry that you feel like you have a bad expeierence surrounding the costs involved. We ensure that all our quoted costs are up front before you choose to accept them, if you or others aren't happy with the value in the work we always encourage to get other quotes. As part of our service in this cost we do have a 7 year warranty on all our workmanship, if this breaks then we replace free of charge.
Understanding your frustrations on this we issued a $206 credit to your account and installed the seal for $250 to ensure we met your satisfaction, we thank you for your feedback.
Really disappointing! I called for a quote on a leaking roof. The plumber came (30 min after the booked time - first job of the day but ok) and spent a good 45 minutes looking at the roof. He said a lot of good things and took photos and said he'd get a quote to me in a day or two. After 4 reminder phone calls and lots of promises to get back to me I still have not received a quote after 4 weeks. If you don't want the job guys just tell me at the time rather than wasting more of mine.
