Order placed at 6.58pm, and at 8.25 it is still yet to arrive. It took until 8.00 before anyone thought to let us know that our food was going to be late for it scheduled arrival time of 7.40. The offer of a free soft drink will not make up for the appalling service. Next time I will take my business elsewhere.
Best avoided, in my view.
So what does Waldo do when youngster asks for Pizza Hut ? Of course we go to get Pizza Hut. It gets difficult from the moment we walk in the door. NO STAFF!! Ah yes there they are, sitting and lying on the benches out back of hgouse yapping and laughing about there previous night out on the town.
A cold pizza sitting in the production line oven, maybe someones order? But the customer couldn't get the staff to come out front so they left...As did me and youngster, so unfortunately NO PIZZA and never ever will we again attempt to aquire a pizza from, Pizza Hut at Citigate Wyoming.
