PPB isn?t your run-of-the-mill pizza bar?

It is a bit of temperament, a lot of passion and something a bit different; creating a restaurant atmosphere only found otherwise in the heart of Italy . At PPB we pride ourselves on serving authentic Italian cuisine, prepared by Italian chefs, in a manner in which you will feel the warmth and hospitality once you set foot in the door.

Whether it?s a table for two, a reservation for the family or a gathering of friends you will be sure to taste the Italian experience.

The pastas are made by hand; the ingredients are freshly sourced from Rossetti family farm in the Southern Highlands and the Pizza chefs have spent many hours perfecting the wafer-thin pizza bases.

You may have to excuse us if we?re carrying tables and chairs overhead squeezing room in for more guests; the locals have a habit of arriving without booking and we find it hard to tell them we?re full, that?s their job.

True to Italian style, our regional Italian wines have been selected to match our menu and whether it?s your first glass of white or the third bottle of red your palate will be working hard to savour the flavour from every glass and every plate. (We won?t mention how our Tiramisu is made in-house, or our award-winning boutique coffee? that would be unfair).

We?re not only about eating in either; we?re also about delivering out. Feel free to order ahead and pick up when passing by and if that?s too much for you we?ll deliver straight to your living room, you may have to open the door though.

We pride ourselves on creating ?la vera cucina Italiana? ? authentic Italian pizza and Italian seafood that is difficult to find elsewhere, so well done for finding it here.
