Started going here last year after having bad experiences in another salon. I am really happy with them. It is a nice, calm and friendly salon. Most recently I wanted a very different hairstyle to what I had, after I explained what I wanted the lady actually told me that her colleague is better at that style than her and she asked her colleague to do it instead if ok by me. The other hair dresser did a fantastic job and I couldn't have imagined it better. Thought that showed the original lady was more worried about me getting what I wanted than herself. Would definitely recommend.
Worse salon I have ever been too... Haircut was horrific, it was dirty with hair all over the floor, very bad service and apparently no management when I asked to speak to the management .... An embarrassment... Trust me .... Do not go there ..... Not worthy to stay open
Fantastic salon!! Was orginally supposed to go there until I found a daily deal voucher for another salon. They gave me a colour that was nothing like what I asked for so I went to Pizzazz & spoke to Kathy the manager. She put me with Maria who was great! She did half a head of foils for me to fix what the other salon didn't do, as well as giving me a free treatment as I had had 2 colours within a week of each other. I finally got the colour I wanted & I am so happy with the service. Very personal, there were long term clients there & I will becoming a long term client as well. Thanks girls, really REALLY appreciate it!
Worst haircut ever. Poor communication offered by the hairdresser. Apparently a trim is 2cm. I asked for a trim but was also asked how much (then why did they bother asking?). I wanted 10cm and she physically showed me how much she would take off (and I agreed with what she showed me) but they hacked 15cm (and probably more) off my head as this what I saw on the floor. Now the top half of my head is layered and the lower half (the bottom length) is super straight. I didn't want them to touch my hair again when they offered to make the ends 'whispy'. That offer in itself is a confession of how terrible the cut was. I used to be so happy with the results whenever I visited that place but after being blamed for asking what I wanted (which I absolutely did not get) I will never go there again. Even my fiance was not impressed with the results.
worst hair salon in Roselands, had an appointment waited 20mins woman walks in off the street, knows one of the hairdressers gets washed up straight away, isnt the first time this has happened they have no client ettiquette
