No stars. This Real Estate Agency is by far THE WORST in QLD. They are unprofessional, unorganized and altogether unpleasant. They left us without a toilet for an entire week and expected us to pay for it (roots growing in the link). They refused to chase the owner regarding repairs to the house, most ongoing for 3 YEARS. We finally had to break lease due to the floor decaying beneath us, the ceiling and roof falling down on us, the faulty wiring throughout the house and the colony of rodents living with us. All they cared about was when we were one day late on our rent due to financial hardship. They were given plenty of notice to fix all of these things while I was pregnant and prior, we had to move before our son was 3 weeks old. Absolutely disgraceful.
