The food was disgusting the pies and sausage rolls were microwaved and soggy my kids were really disappointed and to top it off the milk in the latte and was off and not so much as a refund was offered or a replacent when I complained all he did was deny the food was microwaved and still charged me for it I know microwave crap when I see it I will never take my kids there ever again I coikdcgrt better frozen food from safeway
Not impressed. Having to pay $6 for a nine month old is insulting. With their disgraceful prices you would at least expect the customer service to be excellent. The team member was rude and far more aggressive than staff should be when working with children. Will be going to other kids centre in the future which is cleaner, cheaper and much, much more friendlier.
