Planit Kitchens

I am extremely disappointed and angry with the presales service that PlanIt Kitchens provided. I am building a new house and I approached them two weeks ago during the weekend and we discussed all the details of what we needed to get a quote. They told me they had all the information they needed, did not need to go out on site and it would be 3-4 working days. I called them the next Friday and they said that it was a short week and they were running through a backlog of quotes so it would be another five working days and they promised me on that deadline. I waited but still didn't get a quote after two weeks waiting. I then went in there on the weekend and they assured me that the job had been assigned to a designer and they would have a quote by the Monday. Happy with my kitchen that has just been finished. Designer was awesome. Few little hick ups, but nothing that wasnt fixed up. Overall very happy with my new kitchen

I visited Planit's showroom in Erina in early May 2013 (It's now Nov 2013), and organised a visit for them to design,supply and install a new kitchen and laundry for me.



It's now 6 months since they came out to have a look, and I've yet to hear back from them.



Obviously they don't want or need my business, so I've taken it, (and my ~ $10k), elsewhere.
