As I am in the uk I ordered a basket of flowers for my daughter who has just had a baby
the online picture of the basket of flowers I ordered was lovely but the basket of flowers that was delivered was totally different and very disapointing . on sending them emails to complain , to date they have not had the decency to reply
It is now another day without a reply from this florists regarding my complaint I wish I could show everyone the flowers I thought I was ordering from their website and the ones my daughter actually received ! I am disgusted that they havent even bothered to reply and their website has testimonials but wont let the ordinary cutomer leave any comments

Hi, I would just like to express my appreciation for the service you are providing.
Currently, I am serving with forces in the Arabian Gulf region and my ship usually uses another service.
In the past I have found them to be lacking in many areas, not least price and quality. My wife sent me a picture of the flowers she received.
Normally, if it had been from the previous people they would have been slightly wilted or no where near what I ordered. I must say, it was the most impressive basket of flowers I have ever seen delivered and I have been running flower orders for about 13 years.
I will definitely be recommending that my ship mates order their flowers through you.
