Platinum Dance Academy of Performing Arts

Second dancing school we tried. My 6 year daughter was determined to do dancing again. I picked the school because it was local and a small studio. I didn't do dancing as a child so i wasn't keen on the idea of dancing. We started the first term with just one class jazz/ tap / ballet . This is a great idea - a combined class .My daughter was able to experience three different styles. Her friends decided to try the cheerleading class , so my daughter didnt want to miss out and also started it. As the year progressed my 11 year old felt confident enough to trial his first hip hop class . With no dancing experience at all i was a bit hesitate , however he enjoyed it and kept returning every week with us .My daughter wanted to join her brother in learning hip hop because he was having a great time and learning new moves. Platinum Dance Academy is such an amazing studio! My daughter has been to a couple of popular studios but Platinum exceeds all expectations. The girls are fabulous and care about each and every student as well as the parents. They may be small in size but has a huge potential to grow into something much bigger!

My daughter has been to other dance schools and all of them have been all about the money rather than about the happiness of the children and are way too competitive for me.

Here at Platnum it's different. The teachers are all beautiful and passionate and they make sure that the kids are not only learning dance they are having fun doing it which I love so much. I feel like I'm part of a family and not just a client. I would recommend this school to anyone who might be interested.

They are very flexible and very affordable. The owners are always looking at ways to keep costs down for the families.

They even created a pint size hip hop class fit me when there wasn't one.

Platinum is a great company for all dancing stages. Both my children love going each week, both have advanced further from when they started. It is a great atmosphere allowing the children to have fun and develop a range of different skills. All teachers actively take part in all their class. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great dancing company.
