Caroline works closely with residents and she responds to our concerns immediately! She is friendly, approachable, and efficient! I could vote for her as the best building manager! ??

I have been renting a unit under Platinum Properties for around 1.5 years. After they took over the property from the previous agents, residents were able to experience an amazing change in the service. They are very responsible and they always respond promptly. Caroline attends all my queries without a delay and she follows up until the issues are resolved.

Another thing I really appreciate is, the way they coordinate things among landlord, residents, builder and other service providers. They are very clear on instructions and other notifications. They are well aware of what’s going on in the property therefore, they can be very proactive. Sometimes, when I notify them about an issue, they have already started working on it.

I really admire how they offer their services to the residents. Appreciate everything you do for us, Caroline and Christine. Thank you!

I don't have anything negative to say about Platinum Properties. Any real concerns I had as a tenant in the unit I was staying in was easily resolved by Caroline and Christine. Both ladies are helpful and easy to talk to.

I just want to thank these ladies and the landlord for having trust in me when I first sought to rent the property I was in. They don't know this but it helped me and my son a lot during that time of hardship. I will always be grateful for that place I once called home and the service this agency has provided me with :)

The end of tenancy was also smooth even though I had lost two keys. Christine was able to get me a reasonable quote and asked if I was fine to go through with it. They both thanked me for cleaning the property (even though it's my resposibility anyway), it made me feel really respected as a tenant.

themselves professionally and honestly. they are knowledgeable, super friendly and treat everyone with respect. highly recommend their services!

I use Platinum service for last seven years and I can say one thing is that not a single day I had any issue. Any problem or any issue only one phone call and work gets done. They are very helpful and very polite.
