We used Plumbtrax to install a drainage grate at our back door. They quoted one length but installed a shorter length with no refund. The concreting of the trench was shoddy and the trench has now popped up and the concrete has collapsed. After many emails back and forth Plumtrax say the paving is at fault and will not do any rectification, despite inconsistencies that indicate that the paving is not 100% at fault. They are not willing to compromise at all. $2,400 down the drain - pun intended. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Beware.
Fiona Cox- I have just finished two unit developments. Plumbtrax were contracted to carry out all general plumbing and drainage. Plumbtrax were very neat and professional in there work, also all there new equipment made the job quicker and easier for everyone concerned.

Hi i had Plumbtrax come to my house and install a new toilet suite on the 27/9/08. I found Plumbtrax to be very professional, reliable and prompt in what they do. they were very neat and tidy in there appearence and work and they were reasonably priced. I would reccommend them to anyone.
