Plunge Cafe

Lewisham might not be strictly in the inner city, but there are still some pretty decent places around to grab a nice, hot morning beverage, and this place pretty much topped the list. The staff were great, and the prices weren’t bad at all, comparatively speaking of course. The thing that stood out was that it was a decent size cafe. Okay, it was nowhere near as flash as some that I’ve been to, but it still stood out as a great place to relax with a nice pot of tea.

I had the salmon. Perfectly crisped skin, just the right around amount of carbs, thinly sliced and stacked to the side. Generous portion and would probably come.back for sure.

I've been here a couple of times and enjoyed both times I've been here! The coffee is really good, the staff are warm and friendly and they have these little falafels on the menu which are a tasty treat! I now live around the corner so I will be coming here more often.

Interesting menu that offers something slightly more upmarket than the usual cafe fare. Overpriced though, small portions and long waits for food to arrive. Coffee is good though.

'Good' about sums this cafe up. Nice location, but small pricey menu & it took 15 minutes to get a latte because they forgot it... It was nice enough & had a smoothie as well which was tasty enough but nothing special.
