Plus Gas

I ordered 2xbottles on the 20th December.I asked to be notified with some notice.IMOGEN the manager advised that she will let me know in the morning of the delivery run.The next day I received a phone call from IMOGEN to say that the driver is 20min away.I advised that I am at the other end of the coast an won't be able to be there for an hour.IMOGEN replied to bad we won't deliver now till the 27th.I had a large family Christmas lunch that was cancelled due to this poor customer service and management.I would strongly recommend not using this business at all.

I have been with these guys for 4 years. Have always showed up the following day after filling out the online form. Great pricing as well.

Ordered tuesday night, bottle was supposed to be delievered yesterday. Have been told it will be later this afternoon sometime (only after me contacting them multiple times, and them admitting finally they'd made an error). This is the second time this has happened. No accountability, no communication and HORRIBLE customer service

I rang after seeing an advert in Jimboomba Times. The guy on the phone was professional and courteous. Delivery less than 24hrs later. Smooth transaction, efficient and friendly service and best of all much better value than origin who we've been getting gas from for 4 years. Would never go back to origin and would highly recommended Plus Gas. Very happy customer.

Very Bad. I do promote supporting small business but in this case i recommend using bigger companies. Service is bad and slow staff
