Found this park to be fantastic bonus being dog friendly clean amenities close to beaches shops would defiantly stay again will be putting it on our list for future stops more caravan parks should be dog friendly! Managers were very helpful we found the sites easy to access were large lovely pool and set in lovely grounds that are well kept and clean good job Poinciana happy campers here :)
very clean park and the staff there are so helpful also the sites are very large and i love that i can take my dog into this park. also like how there in the centre of the beach, shops and a lovely restaurant which is just down the road.. will come and stay again MOST DEFFS.
This was the worst caravan park on our recent trip..the management crammed us in, gave us the wrong site and when they realized their mistake asked us to move onto the correct site as they had double booked! I asked for a refund on the last night as we were due to leave in the morning and they refused. We decided to leave anyway as it was too much to undo and set up again just for the night, and before we had left the park they had another caravan in our spot setting up, so effectively getting two vans on the one site for the night! One poor couple had came from Canberra to visit our beautiful state were basically put on the side of the road, and not enough room to put their annex up. All in all very disappointing! Not to be recommended at all.
Unfortunately we cannot please every guest that visits our park. There is sometimes misunderstandings with guests. When guests arrive they are given a map with there allocated site, marked with a higlighter pen. To ensure that they have their correct site. We cannot double book our sites with our booking system that is in place. In our peak season we are very heavily booked, so we do have overflow sites that are available for guests that cannot find accomodation on the coast while they are travelling through our region. We do try very hard to make guests fell comfortable so they can enjoy their holidays. Reports that we recieve from guests are at a very high standard and they want to return on their next holiday. As managers we greatly appreciate their feedback, to enable us to keep improving Poinciana Tourist Park.
