Dr Butcher is the best - I'm very sad he's retired and I miss him :(

I am only a visitor to this area...over the years have needed to see doctor my mum goes here and when here so do we ...never had a problem always felt good about my visits.

Absolutely disgusting service. I am feeling dreadful with a gastro type bug and I have been waiting 50 minutes. I think our fee should go down every five minutes a GP runs late. We are charged extra if the appointment goes over 10 minutes. The ladies that work on the desk/ phones are all lovely and helpful but to have to wait so long when you are feeling so ill is terrible customer service. Do not book to see Dr Butcher he apparently always runs late.

So far this time I have waited for 45 mins and there is no danger of being seen anytime soon. Last visit I waited for 1 hour 20 mins with 2 kids under 3 in tow, only to see a very rude doctor. To be fair there are some lovely doctors here but they can be difficult to get into. Even booking an appointment takes a while after you have been put on hold 3 times for 5 minutes at a time. Unless you are desperate I would recommend finding somewhere else instead.
